What Adult Am I? is an episodic, surreal and interruptive work in progress created by Alicia Meehan.

Exploring adulthood through the lenses of pop culture, queerness and societal conditioning, the work blends humour, confessional storytelling, movement and lived experience to examine belonging, invisibility, compartmentalisation and the social scripts we inherit. Centring lesbian and queer narratives, it challenges conventional representations of adulthood and questions who we are expected to become.
